Boot & Shoe - Each year, the Wellesley Kiwanis Club distributes gift certificates to the families of Wellesley children who could not otherwise afford protective footwear for the winter months. The program provides approximately 100 pairs of boots and shoes each year.
To continue this long-running project, Kiwanis relies on its own fundraisers and private donations. Residents who would like to help should send their tax-deductible donation to: The Wellesley Kiwanis Memorial Fund, Care of Brian J. Lynch, Wellesley Bank, 47 Church St., Wellesley, MA 02482.
